Scientific management takes place at three levels
1) Steering Committee
2) Coordinator, and
3) Work Package (WP) leaders.
The Steering Committee is the project's highest decision-making body, consisting of one representative per partner. The Steering Committee makes all necessary decisions to ensure the project's success, including strategic decisions on the project's direction and exploitation of results.
The Coordinator maintains an overview of progress, including if delays occur that can affect other parts of the project. The Coordinator is the link between the Consortium and European Commission, ensuring the latter is kept updated on the project's progress.
Work Package Leaders are responsible for their respective Work Packages, coordinating with each other and the Coordinator.
